2008 "Off Season" Results

 

Several RAW 241 wrestlers went deep out in Fargo at the Freestyle Nationals. Mario Mason led the way as he went 11-0 and took home gold at Junior 152 lbs. Alex Meade took second at 160 lbs. In the Cadet division, Robert Deutsch took home a silver medal at 105 and Preston Kieffer took a third at 160 lbs. in both Greco-Roman and Freestyle.

Several RAW 241 wrestlers distinguished themselves at the 2008 NHSCA HS Nationals, attaining All-American status in the Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and Senior Scholastic National Championships in VA Beach, VA.

The 2007-2008 High School season wrapped up in style with three RAW 241 wrestlers winning state titles in Delaware (Keith Hinson, Jarrod Garnett and Alex Meade at 130, 152 and 160, respectively - pictured below, right).

RAW 241 Posts #1 Overall High School Recruit for Second Straight Year!!

RAW 241 wrestlers Mario Mason and Alex Meade committed to  two of college wrestling's top National Programs. Mario is attending the University of Minnesota and Alex is attending Oklahoma State University. Jarrod Garnett and Keith Hynson have both taken up residence at Division-I colleges (Virginia Tech and Bloomsburg, respectively).
